NWMLS 2021 Annual Statistical Report is now available.
Highlights include:
- Closed sales: NWMLS broker-members reported 107,354 closed sales of single-family homes and condos valued at more than $75 billion.
- Median price: In 2021, the median price for closed sales on single family homes and condos system-wide was $565,000. Comparing counties, the median price ranges from $230,000 in Ferry County to $825,000 in San Juan County.
- New listings: MLS members added 117,948 new listings during the year, improving on 2020 by 7,349 units (up 6.6%).
- Months of supply: Inventory, as measured by months of supply, average 0.63 months overall for 2021, well below the balanced market range of 4-to-6 months. At year-end, there was less than two weeks (0.40 months) of inventory.
